So I use hope with pandora. Got an email about if I spend $36 yearly I will get fewer ads. What ads? Nothing comes out in speech like an ad. And for that money, exactly what else will i get? Anybody know? I listen to pandora quite a bit along with tapin radio. I have a dish radio here too, and that is wonderful for no ads on the music stations.

I don't know how, but Hope somehow sucks out all the ads. If you use one of pandora's official apps, you will start to see ads, and the money would be worth it.

What is hope and where do you find it? Thanks

Google hope pandora program for the blind. All the info is there. Christopher seems very helpful in getting the program up and running for you. It was tricky for me, but I am not a brain when it comes to setting up stuff on my computer.

Hello,

I'm not sure why hope is popping up with such a dialogue. If I were you, unless you are experiencing ads with speech, I would not spend $36 annually; it just isn't justifiable. It seems, that on the computer side of things, Pandora does not work very well without hope installed. However, with an i-device, I have found that Pandora is quite accessible. Hopefully, I am not telling you anything wrong. Yes, to the other poster, who is new here, the program installation is straight forward. Never purchased hope but got QRead, which is awesome for PDF books you have to read in college. Much faster than Adobe and crashes less. Wonder how many computers I can install QRead on.
Nathan.

Thank you Bea and Nathan. I always enjoy finding new resources. I had never heard of QRead either. Thanks again. Ed
